Terms & Conditions
These conditions prevail over any conditions, which the purchaser’s order may purport to impose and which are at variance with the same. No modification of these conditions shall be binding upon the company unless specifically accepted in writing by the company. We cannot accept any claims for errors in any catalogue, which we may issue. We reserve the rights to make technical changes.
Terms of Payment
All goods must paid for before despatch except on approved credit accounts.
The company reserves the right to vary the quoted price and goods will be invoiced to the purchaser at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch unless otherwise agreed by this Company in writing.
The Company will replace or credit the purchaser with the value of any defective goods of its manufacture if the Company is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship and such goods are returned carriage paid immediately upon discovery of the defect and in any event not later than six months from the date of dispatch. The Company shall in no circumstances be liable for any consequent loss or damage.
Exclusion of Liability
These conditions are in substitution for and exclude all and any express and implied statutory or other warranties guarantees representation conditions and liabilities. In any event the Company shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or loss of profits.
Acceptance of Orders
Quotations do not constitute an offer by the company to supply the goods and no orders shall be binding unless accepted by the Company in writing.
While the company will do its utmost to keep to its promised delivery dates they are to be treated as estimates only. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the Company shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel any order or refuse to accept delivery. Risk in the goods shall pass to you on a delivery to you or your agents and by acceptance of delivery you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as to their condition.
Every effort is made to ensure that its products are accurately described by the Company and are fit for the purpose and applications stated on the Company’s catalogues but the Company gives no warranty to this effect and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from errors or incorrect descriptions in its catalogues. Manufacturer’s part numbers are used for guidance only.
Damage or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss intranet must be sent in writing to the Company in sufficient time for the shipper and insurers to be notified within any stipulated claim time. The Company’s liability for loss or damage in transit shall be limited to the amounts (if any) recovered from the shippers and insurers less any costs of this Company in connection with a claim. Claims for damaged or missing items should be notified to the Company within 48 hours.
English law governs the contract in all respects and the purchaser hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The ownership of the products shall remain vested with the Company, which reserves the right to dispose of the product until payment has been made in full for that product. If such payment is overdue in whole or in part the company may recover or re-sell the product or any of it and may enter the Purchaser’s premises during work hours for that purpose. Any such payment due in respect of the product shall become due immediately upon the commencement of any act or proceeding in which the Purchaser’s insolvency is involved. The purchaser shall be required upon request being made by the Company to mark, set aside, distinguish or otherwise appropriate the product as belonging to the company. The purchaser shall not be entitled to sell and deliver to a third party until given to the purchaser. Where the purchaser has been made one or more part payments in respect of debts due to the Company and not specified in respect of which payment relate to what contract, it shall be presumed that the payments relate to earlier contracts upon which settlement has not been fully made.
Our normal terms are based on Ex Works. We do however offer a delivery service for UK mainland based wholesale customers. Charges will be made for this service for small volumes and special requirements. These amounts will be regularly reviewed.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
